Taylor 312ce Next Generation Acoustic Electric w/Case

Compact Grand Concert comfort with solid spruce clarity, sapele balance and Claria electronics

Overview
The Taylor 312ce Next Generation Acoustic Electric is a compact Grand Concert built for players who want solid-wood tone, easy handling and modern Taylor performance features. Its solid Sitka spruce top and sapele back and sides create a clear, responsive voice with a lively midrange, impressive volume, blooming sustain and surprising low-end presence for a smaller-bodied guitar. With Scalloped V-Class bracing, Taylor’s Action Control Neck, Claria electronics and a Brown Taylor Deluxe Hard Shell Case, this 312ce is a versatile workhorse for fingerstyle, strumming, recording and live performance.

Features
The Grand Concert body shape gives the 312ce a comfortable, intimate feel that is especially well suited to fingerstyle, seated playing and players who prefer a more compact acoustic. The solid Sitka spruce top adds clarity, projection and dynamic range, while sapele back and sides provide a balanced, all-purpose response that works across many playing styles.

Taylor’s Next Generation design gives this compact model a larger and more expressive voice than its size might suggest. Scalloped V-Class bracing with a relief rout enhances volume, sustain, low-end presence and open-string resonance, helping the guitar feel lively and responsive while preserving the clarity players expect from Taylor.

The Action Control Neck adds practical adjustability by combining a long-tenon joint with an easy string-height adjustment system, allowing players to fine-tune the feel without removing the strings. For amplified use, the Claria Acoustic Pickup System offers adaptable, stage-ready tone with intuitive soundhole-mounted controls. Appointments include black binding, black and white top edge trim, a white single-ring rosette, faux-pearl Weathervane inlays and a firestripe pickguard, with a Brown Taylor Deluxe Hard Shell Case included for protection.
