Ned Green Sash Reserve Australian Whisky comes from Ned Australian Whisky, the Victorian brand named for the outlaw Ned Kelly, whose green sash, awarded to him as a boy for saving a drowning child and worn under his armor at his last stand, inspired this reserve bottling. Ned is one of the fastest-growing whisky brands in Australia and one of the few widely available in the United States.Green Sash Reserve is a smooth, nuanced Australian whisky aged in carefully selected barrels and bottled at 88 proof, with notes of caramel, vanilla and a subtle hint of oak that build to a depth beyond its easy-drinking character. Australian whisky is generally made in the Scotch tradition but matured faster in the warmer climate, and Ned's reserve shows that ripeness with a soft, sweet profile that works neat, over ice or in a whisky and ginger. A great bottle for anyone curious about the Australian whisky boom, and a conversation piece for fans of the Kelly Gang legend.Buy Ned Green Sash Reserve Australian Whisky online with fast shipping right to your door.
