Ferrand Ambre 10 Year Grande Champagne Cognac｜ Other Products

Ferrand Ambre 10 Year Grande Champagne Cognac comes from the Ferrand estate in the heart of Grande Champagne, the most prestigious cru of Cognac. Pierre Ferrand works exclusively with Grande Champagne, grown on the chalky soils of the appellation, and Ambre is a blend of cognacs aged an average of ten years in French oak, bottled at 41.8% ABV (83.6 proof). The nose is orange peel, chamomile and the rose-and-violet florals that mark the cru. The palate is bright and lively with citrus, stone fruit, green tea and a touch of oak spice, and the finish returns to orange peel with vanilla, almond and a subtle kick of black pepper. It has a vibrant, youthful fruitiness balanced by the depth of a decade in wood. This 750ml bottle is the ideal everyday Ferrand, superb neat and outstanding in a Sidecar or Sazerac.
