The Scotsman UF424A-1 undercounter flake ice machine can produce 440 pounds of ice every 24 hours; this amount depends on ambient air and incoming water temperatures, making less ice with hotter levels. It produces flake ice, which is a great ice type for fruit, vegetable, and seafood displays. Air-cooled units such as this are easier to install than water-cooled or remotely cooled units. The external air filter can be accessed from the front for swift cleaning.
